I think this is the first time conan is on a ski trip with the detective boys I mean it could have happened episodes ago but an accident on a bus happened

Nice to see Conan having a great time while snowboarding, but why did he wear the goggles over his glasses? Are those glasses glued to him with permanent glue? Most of the times, he sleeps and bathes without taking them off. I get it's a part of his "disguise" of his fake identity, but still.

lol i saw him in the preview scenes... our favorite quack detective from Gunma is back again. in the snow. once more. hahaha! :D

i'm pretty stumped about this one. but the 'warm' lake has something to do with it. i wonder what the autopsy will show, was it really drowning or was she killed before she went into the lake? let's see...

maybe somebody froze her body to the snowboard and slid her down the hill like that. the ice holding her to the board would thaw in the 'warm' lake water. or hmm...

tie her to the board with string that's soaked in water and only loosely tie the string. once the string's knots are frozen with ice, they might be strong enough to slide her into the lake and it would thaw the frozen knots and they'd loosen.

ahhh! or! maybe somebody made a trench in the snow just deep and long enough to put her in it. then they poured ice water and packed it with snow around her body making a corpse popsicle. once you rooted her out of the 'form' the ice surrounding her body would make it slide easily down the hill and into the 'warm' lake. she'd then thaw etc.

another way to do that previous trick is to pre-make the ice 'pallet'. make the form in the snow and pre-freeze the ice about as wide and long as she is lying down. then, once she's knocked out or dead you trickle just enough water on the back of her clothing to attach her to the ice 'pallet' and slide her into the lake. kinda like that kid in 'A Christmas Story' who freezes his tongue to the metal flag-pole outside their school.

this one sounds stupid and cartoony, like Looney Tunes... but stuff her in a big snowman ball and roll her down the cliff. i don't know how you'd get her to stay with her knees tucked under her chin and her arms wrapped around her legs... but... shrug! it would essentially turn her into a one woman avalanche.

i don't know if it is possible due to the time constraints but perhaps the perp just froze her body as-is. if she was stiff enough she could have acted like her own ice 'pallet' or the snowboard and slid down the cliff into the lake. but dead people take a long time and very VERY cold temperatures to freeze.

the easiest way to get the snowboard into the lake is just throw it.
